Guerlain Vintage Shalimar Eau De Cologne

This is my favorite kind of Shalimar: Vintage Eau De Cologne. This bottle is from the 1960’s or so and it’s fizzy, powdery Shalimar at its best.

I first started wearing Shalimar edc in my late teens. My first memory of it is coupled with a green angora sweater and pearl stud earrings. It’s a lovely memory…

On my skin the (supposed) notes of: Citruses, Bergamot, Lemon, Cedar, Mandarin Orange, Iris, Patchouli, Vetiver, Jasmine and Rose, Vanilla, Incense, Leather, Opoponax, Civet, Sandalwood, Tonka Bean and Musk as composed by Jacques Guerlain in the 1920’s project beautifully in the edc. It’s like olfactory magic.
