Notes according to Fragrantica: Top notes are Artemisia, Basil, Tangerine, Bergamot and Amalfi Lemon; middle notes are White Honey, Rose, Jasmine, Peach and Pepper; base notes are Civetta, oak moss, Leather, Patchouli, Woodsy Notes and Virginia Cedar.

I do think it’s nice.

It’s very medicinal though. Especially in the drydown. Maybe it’s the combination of the artemisia, basil, patchouli, oak moss, civetta and jasmine?

It’s very aptly named. I can’t imagine wearing this during the day but I can easily imagine wearing it at night. In the 1980’s. Probably wearing something designer and elegant but also sexy or edgy. It’s formal but far too animalic and possibly caustic for a night at a fundraiser or for a formal, old-fashioned dinner party. It’s meant for…some sort of…somber, dark, vampy aesthetic.

I’m tempted to buy a full bottle. Simply because it’s so 1980’s. Probably vintage because this little bottle I’m sampling is most likely vintage. And I’m sure it’s not different than other perfumes and the reformulations have not improved it, to say the least. But maybe not. Maybe this tiny sample is really all I need. …It’s such a medicinal perfume. But we’ll see.
