When you first apply Earl Grey & Cucumber the Earl Grey is strong and is it possible you can even smell milk? Or is that the cucumber coming through? Hmm. Or is it the vanilla, jasmine and apple? A true nod to actual milk in tea?
And then…as it progresses…it becomes juicy. Juicy in the same lighthearted way as Peony & Blush Suede. Is that Jo Malone apple note? Maybe?
Whatever it is…Earl Grey & Cucumber smells good. A definite nod to tea time. In olfactory form.
Perhaps the cedar develops more into the drydown?
At any rate, it’s a charming Jo Malone. Not necessarily one of the most popular. But certainly nice! Decent longevity and sillage.
