Casi weeps. Silently. “They’re just mean, Lacey.” she says. But only if there’s reincarnation. Because if there’s reincarnation she misunderstood them and assumed they were nicer than they are, just like Lacey did.

“How much-? How expensive is your collection?” says Dmitry.

“About $20,000. Right now it’s close to $40,000 or $50,000 so about $20,000 less but it’s still expensive. I mean you might actually pick it apart and think it’s worth less than it is but it actually is worth about $20,000 to $30,000, if she’d married me. It’s still an expensive collection. I mean I would say exquisite, but in our house in Minnetonka she’d have a perfume room in this scenario. She would’ve been one of the first people in the perfume community to have her own a very carefully cared for room. Say for moisture, for heat, for light? Even for other chemicals. We would’ve had a lot of fun with that room, so no it would’ve been-it would’ve been a very nice collection and a very nice room.” says Matt.

“Do you have any idea how hard it is for us to do this?!?” says a Belgian gay perfume collector. 

“Can I be honest with you? No we don’t and do and don’t both!” says Matt.

“ well, it’s just I mean I have a feeling I know what it would’ve looked like you would’ve been bothered by her pictures not looking as good as they were either so we would see her beauty a lot more clearly which actually would be nice because you probably would’ve had to take good photos of your family of yourself and you would’ve thought she takes photos of the house in the lake that are really good. Oh, but you would’ve demanded that she take better photos of herself. And that I would’ve and then we would’ve thought. Oh no, you know she’s really beautiful because her her beauty probably is that rare and exquisite that even if a woman is extremely pretty or beautiful, they don’t probably look quite like her and that’s hard to handle, but you would’ve presented it. I am positive in a way that was very Pladevall very tasteful Very comprehendible and we probably think 00 that’s nice that’s pretty that’s very Scandinavian.

But then we would’ve also thought this is getting to be a bit much which tolerated her because I think we felt sorry for her to some degree because she was obviously prettier than her pictures and she seems sort of discombobulated, right sort of all use. That word might’ve just come to me or something but we’re just sort of lost and it was like oh, I think we intuitive that she was a little ditzy even if we didn’t label that appropriately we had to do that she was just a little ditzy and so we tolerated that and we thought oh that’s sweet and so we put up with her posting a lot of expensive perfume in back, then there were a lot of perfume collectors who had expensive perfume, but it wasn’t as saturated with Nish perfume Niche perfume really took off in the perfume community in like 2015 or 16 progressively more and more especially with certain people in Europe, who kept showing bottles of it in a sense to sort of threaten Lacey or sort of take her down and she never took the bait. She was just thought it was stupid, but then it caught on so that a lot of people were suddenly doing this, and they kind of always had been, but maybe not the same extent to be honest and it on Instagram, and so people like myself, who are more into the old classics like her who really might actually be more interested in the history of it then most people ended up kind of getting shoved out because People were just viciously attacking her viciously attacking her arm, but that would have worked as well if you made her post a picture of herself that looks like her closer to what she posted because some people are so vain and eager testicle that they arm that they really convinced themselves that they were superior to her And I’m not gonna name names, but there were some really bitchy people and she really might actually objectively be better looking than them I am, and I know she is I can tell but but that’s but that’s some thing that they can’t tell entirely because they choose not to Come because it goes against their conscience because they kind of know that that’s probably bullshit but they choose to ignore it which is astounding to some people, but that issue Signoret and that’s part of what went wrong because there were some women who got really nasty to her because they could tell she was better looking, but they chose to just kind of View her sweetness and humility as a sign of ugliness instead of a sign of humility and character they were just like oh no, no no it’s not that this woman is humble and aristocratic. It’s that she’s dumb and weak and poor and ugly and dishonest, which is such stupidity on their part but that is what a lot of women did, and it was obviously bullshit, but they’re not very bright.

This is what I think happened OK but then where it really got nasty Matt is where I’m coming that’s not the point I’m coming to. I got on board. My wife got on board, even if she knew better and other people did to who have a little more common sense when we felt like she was getting too showy Because it was kind of like some people had an expensive million dollar houses and you know Pittsburgh but just know in Portland the things they thought that their beauty which it was inferior to her most likely although I kind of think they barely looked at her sometimes, but they’re her beauty which was obviously superior to theirs. I can tell I’m not blind, I found her somewhere attractive myself and it was sort of an issue for my wife and I guess and then she told shit OK I’m gonna quit with that because I think people got confused. Sometimes she’d say things that I think confused people she told someone once that she couldn’t leave her husband for financial reasons, but I don’t think she understood her own finances and that is really not for here there, but the point is oh and that wasn’t Casi that she said that to you that was a friend of mine who is Asian who she can fight it in and that was not because they were lesbians she just was desperate for someone to talk to so um so him, so she kind of made the mistake of telling her some things she shouldn’t have told her, because that woman may or may not have cared, and may not have been willing to except the reality of what she was being told but that’s besides here that’s not really the point III I’m sorry but I just I don’t like I just don’t like it it’s it would actually I wonder if you would’ve made me more jealous the more toxic way, which is kind of my point we started picking up on the fact that there was money in her family, or there was something going on when she moved to Seattle because some people came in after that and confused everything but before then people were watching her knew that she moved from St Paul where she was relatively well off to Seattle and there was seemingly no monetary problem and that’s an expensive move and we thought there’s no financial problem here too bizarre degree because they were drinking champagne and caviar in like the first month of living there and it was like where is all this money coming from for them to just move that quickly but then she doesn’t work and it was super confusing and eventually people started trying to figure out like what was going on and we realized oh there’s family money and her husband has like up upper middle class job financially, but it took you know seven years so figure that out um but I think if you had been her husband that we would’ve figured it out when she was in Minnesota, so speak.

“ Mark has her husband has allowed her to gravitate towards her actual tastes when it comes to architecture and things of that nature, he’s sort of allowed her to gravitate towards things that are old all the time she has not stopped her from doing that I would not have allowed that so I would’ve wanted us to live in some thing cool and I would’ve talked her into it believe it or not so our house would’ve looked something like that right now she’s looking at it and she hates it but I know that I would’ve had us living there and I think she would’ve liked it because she likes me so much but but that but that’s not really her style but that’s what that’s where I would’ve wanted to live. I like this house and that’s where we would’ve lived.” says Matt.

“ yeah that’s but that’s my part of the Nesheims sweetheart. The people who live next-door to you practically in Seattle are wealthy. Tonette was a woman she married badly and that’s the part of the family that you married into.

Are so basically I don’t know how to talk about this without being offensive to people that could read the blog OK so where do I start? Lacey‘s father who raised her has a lot of money and oil. So she would’ve still inherited around $200,000 from him. I may or may not have had money saved of my own and that may have time to a grand total of around four or &500,000 maybe $600,000. and then we would’ve. I would’ve started working really hard because I would’ve decided to go for money. I’m sorry and I would’ve invested my money really wisely and I would’ve had an N I don’t want to talk about it. I’m sorry but there’s people who would’ve met us and no I don’t. It’s just I would’ve had a way to get a very good job and it wouldn’t have been anything shady so to speak anything you know difficult to fathom as being godly but essentially no I would’ve gotten a position making about 160,000 and then I would’ve gotten a position making about two or 300,000 within a few years I am not smart and I would’ve just been working that hard one of the ways that they’ve been suffocating Lacey is that if we gotten married, she would’ve put off having children and they’ve use that demonically to try to kill her.

No I meant first 160 thousand is a lot but it’s not as much as four or 500,000 but no my trajectory would’ve been about like that I wouldn’t have gotten stuck at 160,393 even 250 I would’ve kept moving me on that to about 400,000 and then I may have capped off at around 06 or 700,000 a year him but I mean there’s people making that much money in Minnesota so yeah we would’ve had a two or $3 million house there’s houses that are a lot more expensive a lake Minnetonka but this is where we would’ve lived in a boat or two or $3 million house And I mean it’s impressive but then that’s for my family would start acting like it’s no big deal versus like yeah it’s like a three or $4 million house on Lake Minnetonka but it’s not that big of a deal and yeah I’m sure mats making help for 500,000 but it’s you know Not that big of a deal they tend to do that and there would’ve been in fighting within the family, but it wouldn’t have gone on and on, and on to people would’ve been angry and jealous, and on spired and shocked and angry but they would they would have been stuck and that they would’ve moved beyond it and they would’ve probably tested her to find out if she was even related to us or they might’ve just thought who cares let’s not think about it they’re second cousins let’s get over it. But if she’s not biologically, Becca‘s daughter that would’ve been shocking, but not really and Becca would’ve been weirdly OK with it no she’s not, but if she if I if we had tested to find out if I was even related to her and we told Becca that after that she would’ve been like oh no, that’s hard for me to hear but I can handle it Becca’s not exactly the most honest person but she would’ve been like oh no that’s terrible, but I can handle that.

To her father, who raised her, would have been a problem, or but we would’ve he would’ve just left us alone basically him, and we might have a greed to see him on occasion, but it would’ve been very cautiously orchestrated to be honest he may have invited her to go to Breckenridge and we might’ve thought about going my families, skis my family skates and so and Lacey skis too so we might’ve been tempted to go to push to go to Breckenridge to go see Ron and and Diane and Keith and everyone and him that would’ve been that what is been different very different very different but people would’ve been kind of dumbfounded about what to make of the whole thing even if there was some talk that Lacey had been raised by people and not really born into the family they still would’ve been freaked out by the whole thing and the Craft side even though I might not be biologically related to her at all and that sounds lol we’re both white but I Norwegian but you know so they would’ve just thought well. “ OK so I think that you’re missing the point is that is why were angry so you would’ve had a temperature controlled light controlled moisture controlled room in your basement probably who in the closet to and it would’ve been filled with like $20,000 worth of expensive perfume probably perfectly displayed with special lights that are not from IKEA that were really nice and it would’ve just been sort of special thing that she did. People would’ve made fun of me for getting engaged to guy who married his cousin I mean what a weird shit it’s like you know we had this wedding, and then his cousin shows up in a black dress, and she spends half of them, that would have been really comical to my friends and yes my family may have thrown me a pizza party just to cope with it they may have decided to throw me a pizza party and it would’ve been fun and yeah, I was in about two or three years, after laughing at them, thinking, they were freakish weirdos and then I dodged a bullet and I might have actually gotten over it and just thought you know I don’t even know if they’re related there or something weird there was adoption or some thing and like they barely knew each other I’m not convinced as creepy as I thought they were and I would’ve just been like whatever you know what they were even they were they were second cousins and it’s legal for a reason I don’t know and I would’ve just been like dude. I’d like to think I would’ve had my kids in heaven, I like to think that they would be like they are now and what scares me is that I hope I still have to deal with the fact that I had them with Matt and they’re his kids to, but this wouldn’t have been the end of the world for me as much as they probably think it is, it might not have been and I think getting that out of their head is going to be basically impossible or getting it out of her head because I’m kind of. “ yeah she’s serious and the sad truth is her neighbors are competing with me they have like a $600,000 house. He’s a salesman. They have three kids. We would’ve had three kids. They assume her husband is colder and less cold, than he actually is. I think I think her next-door neighbor thinks he’s talking to me there would’ve been times where I would’ve talk to him in his garage his new garage because I would’ve liked the garage and I would’ve complimented him on it. And we would’ve been chatting in his garage sometimes just know just to spend seriously pearliest friends just too buddy slightly to neighbors and we would’ve just chatted in his garage over maybe over beer but unnecessary early and just kind of talked. And and so we would’ve had nice talks and I am at times I almost wonder if he’s missing me yeah Steve I’ve gotten so psychic and things have gotten so out there scientifically it was people sci-fi, that you know Elon musk‘s and I’m not listen. I was a sci-fi, writer die I appreciate it But people get a little out there. And I think her neighbor at times actually is in grief over my death. He doesn’t realize that. So there would be some competition between us there would be, but it would be normal and healthy and not weird. I am, but that’s the problem lol I am a salesman. He’s a salesman. We have a lot in common and so I might have been the neighbor that he was looking for. And I’ve never came about. We would’ve we know we would’ve gotten along. A so when I have lived in this house with her no I would not have lived in this house with her. But she’s still the same person, so she’s this is her house and so that way they’re not wrong. This is still an ashram house in a sense add they know that. But they may not be able to except that was that much wealthier than them or they may be able to have. They met me and they understood our family and sort of breath like that whole thing they were they probably would be like whatever they’re really smart I guess they’re old money or some thing And they were just let it go. Um so you got them in a tailspin I mean it and one time at one point they’re there in Greece and then another point they’re like trying to figure out how to be friends with Lacey without me being there,

Oh, and no, it’s just a strange circumstance, so um, what was this conversation about? I can take Lacey can’t remember but anyway basically they’re competing both with a phantom being me. And they’re competing with the actual reality, which is Mark. And those are two drastically different things. If you had met me with her, you would understand why she’s so confused. She’s a very happy go lucky person in a way and so am I and this was not supposed to have happened. This would never have happened if if I had married her, this would never have happened Ever. It was fun and then we just managed to get her to get some stuff recorded so that’s why you’re not supposed to talk to the dead because they did it at night in the dark and they’re not just hearing from us. What are you safe to talk to? Oh, but anyway, so it’s Mark is a different person very different. I am cheerful and bubbly and bright. I’m humble I’m tall and blonde kind of reddish blonde hair and my blonde and that but no I am yeah I am very handsome, but I am a different person than Mark very different and it made it seem possible for someone to marry people who are so dramatically different but she’s someone who’s fully capable of that. Maybe more than most people. And so she is a I’m not here right now I died. You’re gonna have to stop expecting his show up is her husband sorry to have to say that it’s not gonna happen. I died so sorry and Joel is Joel is long gone two years, not dead, but but he’s married to someone and she would never disturb his life, so Joel’s not here. I’m not here and she’s married to Mark and he actually is not somebody that they should be competing with at all I Lacey and I are very humble and we might put you in your place. She would do it on a blog and it might seem nasty but if I was there, you realize that she’s really not this is really trying to be evil.

So it’s like you could compete with me and you realize that I have a $4 million stayed on Lake Winnetonka or $3 million state essentially that we miss a lot more and you think you know why bother and not in a bad way necessarily you might actually like us I think they’re such nice people who cares there’s from a higher class than us, their backgrounds better, but it’s like who cares I know you would I’m talking to her neighbors you might not necessarily know that were we were legally cousins, especially if she’s illegitimate, so to speak, but not really illegitimate because if she’s Tom’s daughter, we may never have told a lot of people that we grew up in the same family Because we’re second cousins we barely ever saw each other and it wasn’t perverse so it’s just like well they don’t need to know that it’s a weird thing that happened to grade a lot of people but maybe not everybody I would say in a lot of European countries they wouldn’t need an explanation they just understand, but in America it would seem strange so we might just not say anything to a lot of people But I don’t think her cause I don’t think her neighbors would care as much. They would just think we were kind of a nice little partial muddy cute couple really they would like us so much more.

That being said, Mark’s not unlikable Mark is a very pleasant interesting person to talk to you, but they have a terrible marriage and it’s more of a partnership, so they don’t spend a lot of time together, and her neighbors have picked up on that and totally misinterpreted it and she’s very cold to them for self protective reasons and they misinterpreted that and then they thought that her husband was different things and know they’ve totally misunderstood and they don’t understand that you can. They can’t really compete with her husband, he first of all doesn’t care he second of all doesn’t notice and he third of all would never concede ever in 1 million years and to be honest he fourth fifth of all would never lose him. He’s very difficult to compete with. I mean he’s it’s like climbing Mount Everest it’s very difficult, I can win but he’s a frightening person to compete against him and if there’s reincarnation, he is literally Saint Augustine. Yeah he’s one of the founding fathers of the Christian faith if there’s reincarnation.
