Reminiscent of Dior Addict, Giorgio Armani was created for going out. At night. In the early 2000’s. It definitely smells like that era to me. My early 20’s.
And created by three great perfumers it’s nothing to shake a stick at, so to speak. It’s warm jasmine, honey and ginger orange blossom. Opulent, ozonic sandalwood orange zest. …Aqua Di Parma with early 20’s good health, bar hopping in college with your friends…glitter. Like…long necklaces, high heels, and thick belts worn with straight hair and heavy eye-makeup. Someone else is wearing Victoria Secret Love Spell in your crowd, but you’re wearing this. Or you smell it. It’s so…optimistic. People have so much optimism.
What is optimistic? Is it the sandalwood? Hmm. The Sandalwood and honey and ginger? Whatever it is…it’s loud and happy and fun. This perfume was made for fun.
Into the drydown it becomes more sexy and animalic possibly. …The longevity and sillage are moderate. …If you don’t mind smelling like the early 2000’s…I’d suggest it in heartbeat for a date night. Or possibly even just a night out in general. …I don’t think it aged badly.
