“Here’s her jewelry.” says Lem.

“She has about $100,000.00 in jewelry.” says Lem. “This isn’t all of it.”

“How much in the basement?” asks Nancy.

“In silver and china and furniture and glass and etc.?” says Lem. “$200,000.00.” He thinks. “If you had an estate sale, it would go for a lot less on, but you’d never sell her jewelry in an estate sale. There are some things you could sell in an estate sale in her basement and in the house in general.”

“What’s their actual like net worth minus the oil?” asks Jana.

“Currently just $100,000.00.” says Lem. “But that’s actual net worth. Minus the oil. With inheritance and oil? $800,000.00.” says Lem. “Maybe a lot more.”

“They have debt?” says Casi.

“I’m her husband.” says Lem.

“You’re her husband?” asks Casi.

“Yup!” says Lem.

“I see. So…you divided the money with a lawyer.” says Lord Snotgrass.

“So those are complex answers. And that’s their joint net worth?” asks Casi.

“YUP!” says Lem.
