Lacey had to push for them to get him on an on medication and that was heartbreaking to them because they couldn’t figure out where the seizures were, which is totally Hard for a person of science, who is determined to believe there’s no God and can’t fathom you know that Isaac Asimov didn’t understand everything about everything or some stupid shit like that um, and so that they tend to have a very very dogmatic approach at very dumb times and part is a reflex and it’s not stupid but the part of it’s very stupid because he was having seizures and he practically died for them to try to find them When they did find them. Um, they didn’t know what to prescribe him and him know Lacey had to basically diagnosed him with epilepsy. She had to figure out the right medication using her family, and then humor them like all of these experts knew more than she did and they did I mean, they crunch the numbers they looked at the charts they gave the official diagnosis but the end of the day she was really the one who diagnosed her son with epilepsy, and she was really the one that figured out with medication that he should be on using family information him that is elite I mean the pharmacology professor who developed Keppra not typical, but that was how she figured out how to diagnose and treat her son but that was devastating to them even know what I’m saying this I can sense it.
