Lacey Made Cheesecake

Lacey eats her lemon cheesecake with raspberries picked from a garden. Homemade crust too…

It’s delicious.

Lacey: Fern used to make AMAZING cheesecake. This isn’t as…-

Actually, it’s not bad. But I like adding lemon.

Jim: Which is better?

Lacey: Honestly? They’re…both good.

They’re different.

Fern: Lacey knows me very well. I’m not her mother. I’m not her stepmother, but I used to be like an aunt to her.

I criticized her for doing what she’s doing right now while I was still alive.

I’m a very strong Christian.

She has her heart in the right place. I can guarantee that.

I think you have to understand the mother who raised her to understand her theology.

*She laughs*

She used to try to decorate with napkins. She used to make little bows out of napkins, and then take safety pins and make the curtains look more frilly.

This doesn’t make sense, because I’m really a dead person. But I have to force her to be honest with you. She’s able to actually talk to the dead. It’s hard for me to accept because she’s only 43 and I just cannot get over it. In my mind she still is 16 and I am angry that she’s cutting her hair.

But she’s 43 and I know the struggles that she had in her marriage. I was there. I heard about all of it. And unlike Becca, I dated men.

So I actually understand why they got married and why they’re still married and-

She’s making the right choice. People today don’t think long-term, but they should. But the thing is-

She needed to be able to be loved. She is such a little romantic. And I’m allowing myself to say that because it’s just stupid not to let myself love her. And God will have to sort out whether I’m her aunt or just an older mentor or whatever I am maybe an equal? I don’t know. But she is such a romantic.

And I just don’t think you all understand God‘s heart for us. He really loves us.

And what she’s capable of filling for me right now is basically what she felt when I was alive except she knows that I’m with God and that I am working on my relationship with him in a very astonishing way. Some people in my family would think that I’m asleep and I’m just dreaming. Some people would think that I’m in purgatory. I think Lacey thinks that I’m with God.

I am finding out a lot about myself and sins that I committed. And then I’m finding out that I should have told Lacey not to cut her hair.

So I may have told God to tell her to make a cheesecake. And she did very well!

Lacey: Thank you.

Fern: My cheesecake was kind of extraordinary, but this actually tasted really good and it had a pretty good consistency.

The thing is, you have to understand that this isn’t necromancy. She’s really just able to hear the dead. Can you? No? Then if you try to contact me, it might be necromancy. Because how do you contact me? Probably through a demon. Probably through some other entity. That’s not what Lacey is doing!

*Gets angry*

You don’t want to hear the truth? If you keep insisting that this is necromancy, you could actually be doing something sinful if you’re a Christian because you’re not listening to what she’s saying. There’s nothing spiritual about what she’s doing, in that way.

She’s able, as scary as it is for some people, to just walk right in and talk to us.

A man: How does her brain function that way?

Fern: Well… what is schizophrenia? No, I’m not saying she schizophrenic. Hold on.

I’m asking a very pertinent question. What actually is schizophrenia?

It is a malfunctioning brain. But then why did they all see similar things? And at times it seems like they’re actually perceiving the spirit world and it’s not just a hallucination. And actually, that is what it is.

See schizophrenic is both a mental health case… and somebody with an ability to see into the supernatural in a way that your average person cannot. Some Native Americans believe that it can be used for their religious purposes. And I think that’s interesting because that’s actually far more compassionate than what I’ve seen a lot of Christians do.

Because Tom was 88, Lacey has more of a predisposition excuse me, for schizophrenia, for extreme intelligence, for ADHD and for congenital health defects like a heart murmur. I think people were hoping that she was retarded, but it’s actually the exact opposite. Children of elderly men tend to be abnormally intelligent.

Some people couldn’t handle how smart she was. It drove me crazy at times, but I am very smart myself and at times it was just fun to have someone to talk to. Just because she knew what people were really thinking. And yes, Becca was my dear friend and I used to go to their house and Becca and I would make dinner and then we would all sit around watching Star Trek.

And actually, no, I do kind of enjoy science fiction.

And Lacey knows that and she knows that I’ve had fun with God studying time and space since I’ve died.

*She smiles*

You couldn’t use her to contact the dead safely like you would use a medium. I’m not saying you should do that. That’s not safe either but it’s different. Because with Lacey you can almost guarantee that you’re actually talking to the person and having a real conversation with them and then that’s stuck. It’s not going to be a misunderstanding.

So with the psychic medium, there are excuses like, “Oh we were translated wrong.” or “I didn’t quite hear you.” Or, “That wasn’t even me!” With Lacey you’re talking to me for real.

And that seems really inviting, but I am with God and the science is terrifying. It’s safe for her. It’s safe for her family. It’s safe for me. If you were her neighbor, you wouldn’t have to worry about it. You just have to understand that there are potentially people who are trying to take advantage of her, and I will explain more in just a minute. But what she is able to do is just talk to me. And it’s because she doesn’t have schizophrenia. She doesn’t have schizophrenia. Her brain went in another direction.

*Lacey and Fern laugh*

She’s going to be unusually intelligent. There actually is something slightly off about the way her heart was constructed. But it’s not serious for the time being. In her 60s or 70s, it could actually become a problem but for now it’s basically just that she can’t run long distances and she has to be careful with stuff like that because it actually could cause her to have a heart attack. In her 20s, she might have been able to run a marathon, but as we age things start to get old, of course, and… now she could have a heart attack. She could also live to be 100 with her father‘s genes.

But her brain has adjusted in such a way that she can hear the dead. Part of the reason why the brain starts developing schizophrenia in elderly father’s offspring is an adjustment to the father‘s aging. So the father is going to die, and somehow we’ve developed an awareness of that in our genes and the brain starts trying to find some way to still be connected to him, to still be fathered by him. I reiterate, she does not have schizophrenia. But what her brain does have is kind of like an alternative. But it’s not a mental health disorder or crisis. It’s not a problem. I would say that it’s actually a more genetically fit adjustment, but people are gonna have a very hard time with that. She’s had dreams her whole life. She’s experienced her father‘s love in a way that wouldn’t have been possible if she couldn’t sense the actual dead more than most people.

And as she’s aged because she didn’t have the romantic life that she was meant for it’s become more acute. And so now I can give full explanations that are almost verbatim what I’ve actually been saying, like right now, and it’s actually real.

It’s actually very funny if you’re a Christian and you have a sense of humor.

You don’t have to read this if you feel uncomfortable you don’t need to participate in any sort of activity-

But this actually isn’t the occult, it’s her having an incredibly unusual brain where-

A Christian: Even if that’s what it is for her what is it for me?

Fern: YEAH!

Well, it actually isn’t the occult for you either. Because I’m not a demon, she’s not using a demon. It really is just me.

But you have to be careful because the minute that I stopped talking to you, I will disappear. I can still talk to you through her when God wants me to. And then that’s apparently something he wanted me to share with you. But I’m not here to talk to your ancestors. I’m not here to be a link between the living and the dead for the purposes of necromancy.

I’m more like Hamlet‘s ghost and Shakespeare.

And yes, it’s possible in the past they understood people like her better.

And yes, that’s because there were more children being born to old men.

So it’s like I’m there are ghosts there are ghosts which is trying to contact but unless if you see one walking around in your living room, who suddenly says to you, “Why didn’t you ever take better care of, you know, the plant that I gave you?” You shouldn’t talk to the dead. That’s what I’m going to say as a Christian.

I could say more, but that’s not really a good idea.

I could say more about how it’s not right to talk to the dead, but I have family that does that and Lacey cares about those people and we’re not gonna talk about that right now more than what I’m obviously already kind of implying…

And you might work that out in your head that I’m still Christian and that I’m just another ghost. But that’s why I’m saying no I’m not really talking about that right now.

I’m still a woman, in case if you’re wondering.

I don’t talk to her that often. And so there are some people that would probably come up to her and say, “Hey, how’s Fern doing?” and she may not even know. Keep that in mind if you’re reading this, she doesn’t know everything that I am experiencing. I’m sharing what I can share.

And it’s not for the purposes of the occult. It’s for the purposes of God and how he tries to preserve our sanity and our lives-

I’m actually standing on a property that she’s thinking of buying right now and I’m checking the house out. And I wish I could talk to the father who raised her here and convince him to give her her inheritance ahead of time because it’s a really good house but boy if they just had a little bit of money that she’s going to inherit now? They could really fix some stuff up.

But you know that’s none of my business. It’s just I had to say that because she’s got her eye on some really beautiful property.

I do want to say something, though publicly because she does have people watching her who shouldn’t be. I am protective of her. And if you come near her house and you shouldn’t be near her house, you will regret it.

I’m allowed to say that. And I’m speaking on behalf of a lot of people who, for some reason haven’t been able to be that clear. But I’m being that clear because I have that personality. I am that direct when I want to be.

And this is a warning if you’re a Christian reading this blog: Take your faith more seriously! Because if you’re thinking that you’re going to die and just go off to La La Land and be with Jesus and play a harpsichord? It doesn’t work like that. We don’t cease to exist. We truly don’t cease to exist. God could theoretically make someone cease to exist and he has. But what I’m trying to communicate is that you don’t stop being who you actually are just because your physical body is dead. You might be a better version of yourself. You might learn wonderful things and scary things, but you’re still just yourself.

God is saving you. So when you die, you will still be you. That was the whole point of saving you in the first place.

So be careful with what you say to people, be careful with how you treat people, be careful with how you act because there are eternal consequences. It’s not a joke.

There is no delete button. You can ask for forgiveness, you can forgive other people, but you can’t undo what’s been done

A Christian: Do you Lacey feel slightly skeptical about the whole experience?

Lacey: Yes. But it’s healthy skepticism because I know how this whole thing started. I know my own innocence and I cannot in any sane reasonable way dismiss the possibility that these are real dead people and that God is actually just allowing me to talk to them, and then I have to just let it go and be terrified.

Fern: Lacey, you know the house that I’m walking around I’m a little worried that it’s not quite as good of a property as you think but I will let you know more later.

A psychic: OK this isn’t meant to be mean but I just need something to be clarified. When I talk to the dead, I put protections over myself to feel safe. And that’s not what Lacey is doing.

I’m not sure how she experiences suffocation, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s more vulnerable to that than I would ever be. And then you’re gonna think that you’ve somehow beat her? NO! You’re physically attacking a woman in another realm. And I would imagine it carries very grave consequences because that’s an absolutely asinine, horrible thing to do.

Her children are probably able to experience love from their father too. Their father in heaven.

But what I want people to understand is that she’s actually just talking to people. It’s like Shakespeare. And you have to think about Shakespeare and you have to wonder why these dead people appear in times of war. Maybe if she’s able to experience these people so vividly that’s a really big red flag.

Maybe it’s time to stop attacking her, to stop attacking truth and to just chill out.

I know there’s lots of reasons to be anxious right now, but I just think we all need to sort of calm down. Not in a way that puts us in harms way, not in a way that puts us in danger, but in a way that allows us to just breathe and think and be ourselves as we are.

*Later*

A German Christian in Germany: Okay. I think this is possible, and I’m not afraid to say it.

That being said, you need to stop infringing on the rights of Christians in America who are trying to talk to Lacey about Biblical issues. I can guarantee you that there are Christians in America right now who would love to explain to her why homosexuality is allowed in the Bible. And there are Christians, who would like to explain to her why it’s not. And I can guarantee you she’s heard most of what they would say already. But then that’s where you can’t let Google and a lecture series do the work of actual in person communication between two people. And some relationships aren’t conducive to that sort of conversation, but you can’t control people so much that they’re not even allowed to think of approaching her in a church service and just saying, “I’ve read your blog. I don’t find it offensive but you should read this book because it explains so much about that particular issue.” And maybe that book wouldn’t do much of anything because she is a very intelligent person, but who knows maybe there’s some Bible verse in there that she’s not thought of before or some line of reasoning that she just hasn’t thought of. I happen to know that she was a great fan of CS Lewis when she was in high school. And I happen to know that she had a crisis of faith in the ninth grade and That CS Lewis, for her, made sense of her Christianity. Some people find him frustrating or they just want to argue with him, but for her it was really helpful possibly because she thinks more like him than some other people do?

Actually, it would be interesting to see what he would say about homosexuality in the Bible.

I don’t know if we’re prepared for what he would say.

Actually I worry that what she would say is really close to what he would say and that it’s really upsetting given where the Episcopalian Church and Anglican churches are. Because it is their theology in her head possibly, but she’s not thinking like they think on that issue necessarily.

That doesn’t mean that she’s hateful though. And actually, she may be so tolerant and loving that they could tolerate her, but there are some conservative theologians that would find her offensive, even if she’s almost saying the exact same thing that they are.

Which is why you have to stop picking her apart. Which is why people need to be allowed to express things to her about what they believe that could be helpful for her. Because maybe it’s just wrong and it’s really horrendous because it does mean that there are a decent number of adults who will never experience, romantic love until heaven.

And maybe they really gruesome thing is that she’s close to that, because of her brain and then that pisses them off, so to speak, because they would like to be able to have a normal brain or to be in heaven themselves-

I see that when I read this blog, I see them getting angry at her like they’re jealous of something. I’m not going to lie about it cause I’m not stuck in America.

So you’re going to have to deal with the fact that that’s what it seems like and I have a thinking, rational brain. We did used to shoot homosexuals. Was it because we were being evil or was it because we were putting them out of their misery? Could you just be gracious to her and quit forcing the issue? People seem to always want to force the issue with her and I have a very strong suspicion that that’s because she’s German, because I’ve experienced that with people countless times myself.

For some reason, people like to challenge people who think like I do as a German. And I can handle it, as can she, but you’re not going to like where I bring things. I think that’s what they were trying to say yesterday.

I’m not necessarily the demon from Hell that you think I am. And I’m a living person.

There are a lot of Irish and Swedish and Polish men who think that they’re me. And they’re not. Just because we’ve moved on from World War II and we’re all working together in Europe doesn’t mean that we’re all the same person.

I don’t think she means any harm. I have a feeling she’ll just make it as loving as possible and she’ll try to bring you to peace and safety because she’s very loving and very maternal. I think she’s very well bred. But you need to stop challenging everything she says constantly.

I’m not interested in going around with the Gestapo shooting people. That’s a very traumatic thing for me to even think about. And yet I know that we did it for a reason, I’m not stupid enough to think otherwise. So where are we going with this you guys?

If there is an Illuminati, my question to you is: where are you taking things?
