The Illuminati: Come to find out a lot of women who dated Mark are closeted bisexuals. And they dated him and pretended to be trapped by him because they were hiding their homosexuality. They attacked her when she was first dating Mark not just because she was winning but because she was tough and smart. It completely confused and intimidated them. That had an ego problem with Lacey to begin with and that made it worse.
