Beige

Nose: Jacques Polge

Notes According to Fragrantica: Frangipani, honey, freesia, and hawthorn.

Year: 2008

I rarely wear this one. I think I’ve worn it maybe…three times including today. Maybe four. But my goodness…it’s very good!

At first one smells…honey. At least I do. Lots of melon tinged honey. …But into the drydown the color beige as rendered by Chanel becomes an olfactory treat. This perfume is not only nice to smell on other people it’s fun to wear. It makes me want to go buy a Chanel bag, actually…just because it’s so delightful.

And of course the freesia and other floral notes…blend together in Chanel at its best. …Truly it’s a treat to wear.

Longevity and projection are at least moderate. I think it’s a Les Exclusifs De Chanel most definitely worth its price.
